Thanks for stopping by! I'm Ellen Lazaretti, a Senior User Experience Designer.

Currently, I'm a Senior UX Designer at Charles Shwab working on a B2B product used by financial advisors. Before this, I collaborated at The Home Depot to solve complex e-commerce problems. Focus areas included: authentication, identity and security, availability and inventory, orders and purchases, private label credit card, my account, bottom of the funnel, user generated content (ratings and reviews), and articles. 

In previous roles, I was the sole designer on distributed teams working on web apps. First I worked on two products in EdTech focused on planning, assessment and reporting in the higher education space. Following this, I worked on a banking web app and software used by teachers for developmental reading assessment.

All this work was completed under NDA, so I'm not able to share it here. However, I'd love to connect to discuss how my experience and skills can help you!
